Mathematics Department     Introduction News & Events Curriculum     The Mathematics Curriculum Our Year 7 and 8 pupils follow the National Curriculum, although it is compacted. In Years 9 and 10 the boys are engaged in GCSE Mathematics, they sit the linear edexcel GCSE. Their lessons in particular in Year 10 are geared towards sitting the exam. In Year 11 the boys have a compulsory Numeracy element. We are offering: - Business and Banking - Free Standing Units ( For preparation for A level) - Statistics - Retakes in Mathematics and Statistics - Functional Maths - Adult Literacy and Numeracy. For Year 12 and 13 we offer Edexcel Advanced Level Mathematics, which has 6 modules over the two years.
