A'Level Art and Photogrpahy Exhibition - Summer 2011

It has been yet another exciting and successful year for The Woodlands School Art and Photography Department. This year saw the Year 13 Art and Photography exhibition showcase the extreme talents and interests of our hardworking students before they leave the nest to tackle ventures new. There was a range of skills and techniques on show including drawing, painting, sculpture, printing and stencil work. The exhibition is a highlight for the staff and students in the department as it is a time to celebrate the achievements of the students and promote their hard work with friends and family. Miss Carter said “Again this year the exhibition was well attended and the familiar faces of past students coming back to visit staff and reminisce about “how this was us last year” shows the excellent relationships that are built through the year.” Miss Carter added “Again this year top grades have been achieved by a number of students and deservedly so.  The quality of the work on show is work to be proud of, and we are definitely that!”

Some of the work from the exhibition can be viewed by clicking here.
